Scheduled
Dear Valued Customer,
Scheduled maintenance work will take place on 12 November 2026, 07:00–17:00 CEST, involving the replacement of circuit breakers within the data center's electrical infrastructure. This preventive maintenance is performed every five years.
During the replacement work, the equipment load will be powered exclusively via the alternative power feed. As a result, the normal dual-feed configuration (feed A and feed B) will temporarily be unavailable, and electrical redundancy will be reduced for the duration of the maintenance.
Maintenance schedule 12 November 2026, 07:00–17:00 CEST: Maintenance on power feed A (yellow PDU) - impact: NO POWER. The alternative power feed will be feed B (black PDU).
We strongly recommend checking in advance that your equipment is connected to both available power feeds, feed A and feed B. Any equipment with only a single power connection must be connected to the designated alternative power feed to maintain power continuity during the maintenance work.
The single-feed condition will be - temporary and limited - to the time required to replace the circuit breaker and complete all necessary operational checks and verifications. Once the replacement circuit breaker has been installed, switched on and verified, the normal dual-feed configuration will be restored and full electrical redundancy will be available again.
We recommend that you take this temporary reduction in redundancy into account and implement any appropriate precautionary measures where necessary.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Our team will be present on-site throughout the maintenance work to provide assistance if required.
If you have any questions regarding this maintenance, please contact our team at noc@dc1.amsterdam.
Kind regards, Team DC1.AMSTERDAM
